This Golf Cart Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sunny Rides Rentals (“Lessor”) and the customer (“Lessee”) for the temporary rental of a golf cart.

THIS WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED UPON PICK UP OF KEYS

1. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENTS
• Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance.
• Full payment is required prior to release of the golf cart.
• All reservation requests are not confirmed until photo ID and insurance are uploaded via the confirmation response email.
• Only verified and approved drivers may operate the golf cart during the rental period.

2. RULES OF USE
• Pick-up time is as early as 9:30 AM on the initial reserved date.
• Return time is 11:00 AM on the final rental date.
• A 30-minute grace period is allowed for returns. A late fee of $90 (single-day rate) will be charged if the cart is not returned within this window.
• No reckless driving, racing, or off-roading.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Obey all local traffic laws and posted rules on property.
• Golf carts must remain within the designated property/resort grounds at all times.
• If the cart is taken off-property, the Lessee accepts full liability for any incidents or damages and will be subject to a $300 fine imposed by Sunny Rides Rentals.

3. INSPECTION
• Carts will be inspected before and after the rental period.
• Lessee agrees to return the cart in the same condition in which it was received.
• Any damages or excessive wear will result in repair fees.
• Lost keys will result in a $25 replacement fee charged to the Lessee.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• All cancellations receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount.
• Same-day reservations may be canceled within 30 minutes of booking for a full refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made after the rental start time are non-refundable.
• All rental sales are final after 24 hours — rain or shine — as Sunny Rides Rentals is an outdoor-based business.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER
Lessee acknowledges the risks involved with operating a golf cart and voluntarily accepts full responsibility. Lessee agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sunny Rides Rentals and its affiliates against any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the golf cart, including negligence or operator error.

6. AGREEMENT VALIDITY
This waiver is binding for the duration of the rental period. Any part found unenforceable does not affect the remainder of this agreement.
